One hundred thousand years long gone in holes

In southern Europe men and women chipped

Out arrowheads.  Long, long before first scrolls

Were written, these Neanderthals had ripped

Out life from prey.  Then fifty thousand years

Ago another race of humans came

Along with scheming brains and killing spears.

These homo sapiens felt little shame

(If any) as they stabbed their way to win

The caves.  Demanding new ones grabbed and claimed

The females and then thrust their seed within

The conquered.  Thus our crude age was proclaimed.

  Each ruthless penis did not need a stone

     Point.  Victory was gasped inside a moan.
