Revelation 21:19

Fresh water gushes up and out.  The springs

Rush out of rock.  The cleanliness is pure,

As pure as Heaven wants to be with wings

Of see-through white that want to give a cure.

A stream goes lushing on in clarity

Of liquid even gods are jealous of.

They recognize the harsh disparity

Between that flow and what religions shove.

The surging water widens till the stream

Kayaking Emerald Cut in Rock Springs | Florida

Grows broad above its white sand bottom where

The otters slip and slide.  The seraphim

Are envious though they breathe holy air.

Beside the stream in jungle singing pools

Small springs are prettier than Heaven’s jewels.

The names of my favorite little springs flowed up, along with clear memories of Summer refreshment, as I was reading.

Juniper Springs was closest to home and Alexander Springs was the magic.

You did a dangerous thing, Jon. You commented here instead of on WhatsApp or by e-mail. I practically never look to see if there are comments here.
