Much Ado About the All Without Nothing

“until David exceeded” *  1 Samuel 20:41 KJV

The man who uses “all” in logic, thought,

Or hifalutin’ argument omits

A fact, a very crucial fact he ought

Not leave from his discussion.  He means tits

And everything he thinks important, but

He accidentally forgets the “all”

Excludes the not-all.  All the not-alls cut

Cut right through his blinkered “all.”  His blinkered scrawl

Is incomplete as Ashtoreth without

Her hole replacing penis, sperm and balls.

Such men of shALLow thinking do not doubt

Their thoughtless thinking where its one leg sprawls.

  Two halves are waiting for the larger view

    That malest things with nothing are what’s true.

* Ellicott’s Commentary for English Readers translates “exceeded” as “until a (or the) great consummation.”  The Hebrew is (heeg-DEEL) and can also mean “to enlarge, to increase, or to do great things”.  One informal website says what “exceeded” means:  “The Hebrew word is “higdil,” which is the causative conjugation of the root gadal, meaning that David was caused to become big, in other words, he got a hard on from his passion for Jonathan.” David and Jonathan.
