Mounds of Virgins

No matter what the art about Saint Joan

Or any other female saint almost,

Male artists tease out tits.  Men almost moan

When showing Saint Teresa.  Guys engrossed

With women’s holiness resent the cloth

That hides pudenda, hip and left-hand breast,

Those sinister compartments and the swath

Of linen blocking sight of all the rest

Of sexy bits.  The Virgin Mary shows

Some flesh while suckling baby Jesus.  She

Looks disconsolate because her clothes

Hide only one chest mound from your look-see.

The men resent that they must stop the brush

From oily capturing her holy tush.
