Triplofusus giganteus – Wikipedia

Occasionally Jehovah, Allah, God

And Christ get their esthetics right.  The tongue

Of Florida Horse Conch leaves Queen Conch awed

While supping on it.  This is by the young

Horse Conch.  These critters are the orange of fruit

The state is famed for; being juvenile

While chomping on their prey, don’t give a hoot

About the pain they cause.  They simply smile

While swallowing these queens in very blue

Salt waters so the orange underparts

That feed look striking, pretty as they chew

To death the conches, eating guts and hearts.

So orange and blue look good when juxtaposed,

Their beauty and their evil twin-disclosed.
