He used to play a piccolo and flute

But never in the Sunshine State’s storm force.

Tornados follow hurricanes’ slow route.

They tear off roofs.  Together they endorse

Their fury, twisters and their hurricanes.

The richness in a life includes the bars

Of Mozart melodies but also stains

Of violence.  The Stars and Stripes brings scars

Beside with worlds of Händel prettiness.

A string quintet sings not divorced at all

From men in armies with their grittiness.

Composing men are not divorced from squall.

..Yet more than twinned these men may be.  The sun

    That comes out sings these elements are one.
