144,000 Is a Perfect Biblical Number Trying to Camouflage as Lucifer
Modern poetry modern verse contemporary poetry contemporary verse modern poem contemporary poem
When people love to make things more correct
And lovely, this opposes truth. That trick
shows sillies scared. Truth is more direct.
The shark eats up the seal. Cleaned truth is sick.
The poet and the moth both long for star
As holy guidance, though the star will shrink
But first explode. Because that happens far
Away, the poet and the moth’s hopes slink
Away to prettiness desired that doom
Destroys. The black holes suck, the worst of all.
Their greed in swallowing makes bitter gloom.
The background beauties disappear. They fall.
That angel up beside God’s throne knew that.
He fell because he spied the final splat.
